Project data & privacy

What is stored

Submitting a brief stores your name, email, project specifications, uploaded references, and signed-in account identifier. Contact messages store your name, reply email, topic, message, and account identifier. These are used to review and manage your commission. Final deliverable files are stored when the artist uploads them.

Who can access it

Your requests and files are available to your signed-in account and the protected studio dashboard. Reference images are not published in the portfolio. The site uses Cloudflare-backed database and file storage through Sites hosting.

AI assistance

Submitting references does not automatically send them to an AI model provider. Your chosen preference is recorded in the brief. Any proposed external AI processing should be discussed before that work begins.

Deletion & contact

To request deletion or discuss your project data, use the contact form and choose “Project data / deletion request”. Include the project reference if available. The studio will review your request and may need to confirm which records belong to you.

Sign-in and studio access use essential authentication cookies. This site does not add advertising or analytics cookies. A draft brief or message may remain in the current browser tab while you complete it. Fonts and portfolio images are served from this website. External Upwork links open Upwork in a new tab.
